Role: Agency of Record – Branding & Advertising, Digital Content Producer, Campaign Lead
Scope: Website content, product pages, seasonal promotions, digital marketing, social media graphics, photo styling, and long and short-form video/Reels.
- Developed product descriptions and BigCommerce product pages tied to Cajun culture and usage ideas.
- Planned and produced seasonal holiday preorder campaigns for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Black Friday.
- Styled and directed product photography for jars, pickles, jellies, and prepared foods for use across web and social.
- Created Reels and caption sets that increased engagement and strengthened brand recognition year-round.









The Outdoor Kitchen Show
Multimedia Storytelling & Regional Media Production
Since 2005, The Outdoor Kitchen Show has blended outdoor cooking, Louisiana culture, storytelling, and personality-driven media into a long-running digital and locally broadcast content series rooted in authentic regional identity.
Created and produced by Marissa Rabalais, the show focuses on approachable storytelling, conversational presentation, culinary traditions, and community connection through long-form video content.
The project reflects THP Digital Media’s belief that authentic storytelling and human connection remain powerful business and media assets in an increasingly automated digital environment.
